Fundação da Juventude
The Fundação da Juventude is a private institution of public interest, nonprofit, focused on Training, Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment support.It was created on September 25, 1989, by notarial deed, with the support of 21 public and private institutions, and declared as public utilitty institution in March 1990 in Portugal.
Nationwide, the Youth Foundation has its headquarters in the city of Porto, with delegations in Lisbon and Algarve Regions. Our mission is to improve and support initiatives to promote the integration of young people iinto active and professional life.
In this sense, we define five Strategic Vectors:
- Vocational training.
- Employment and Entrepreneurship.
- Citizenship and Volunteering.
- Creativity and Innovation.
- Science and Technology.
These Vectors guide all our projects, activities and actions.
