Tresca Europe

The Project Tresca Europe consists in the transfer of the socio-labour inclusion program Tresca Jove, led by the Fundació Catalana de l'Esplai, to social entities of Spain, Portugal and Italy, and it will count on the participation of 350 young persons.

The project Tresca Europe, financed by the philanthropic organization Stavros Niarchos Foundation and coordinated by the Fundación Esplai, will develop the methodology of the youth program Tresca Jove to the social entities Ajuntament de Burjassot (Spain),Fundaçao da Juventude (Portugal) and Arci Solidarietà Onlus (Italy).Tresca Europe is a social inclusion project whose mission is to make easier the personal development and the social and professional integration of young people, from the accompaniment, the training and an initial career experience, preventing the vulnerability or deterioration towards situations of social risk.

The aim of this program is to strengthen and to deepen the personal and social competences which will form the mature personality of the young participants through the education in values, the team work and the development of basic skills during the transition period to adulthood, in order the young persons define their own learning process and their own personal future, becoming in this way social and active citizens.
