“Setmana pels Drets de la Joventut 2015”: Italy, Spain and Portugal Tresca Europe Young people

Tresca Europe young people have stayed for 7 days in  CENTRE ESPLAI (El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona-Spain), doing activities, walking around the city and the nature, living personal and group experiences.

The “Setmana pels Drets de la Joventut” is not only in Spain, driven by Fundació Catalana de l’Esplai, and La Liga Iberoamericana  (www.ligaiberoamericana.org), it’s also developed in Brazil, El Salvador, Mexico or Argentina driven by local organizations.

As experience this year, we would like emphasize the opportunity some Tresca Europe young people had to participate in a political conversation about young rights with 5 politics of Catalonia Parliament selected in 2015 autumn elections. This situation was very grateful for young people.

However, the main action in the project was on Monday morning 29th of November in Pau Casals Square of El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona-Spain), where the young people did the theatrical performance claiming for their rights, which they had been working during the all week with a theatre team.
